Coded Space envisions a new urban landscape typology underneath the I-20 expressway elevated infrastructure in New Orleans. The proposal uses a multi-scalar framework to connect macro and micro program components in order to systematically implement a multiplicity of programs divided into categories of exchange, path, recreation, and productive infrastructure.
